Nope, no catch. We run month-to-month because we'd rather earn your membership every 30 days than lock you into some year-long thing. Just give us a heads up before your next billing date and you're good. That said, most folks don't leave once they see the results they're getting.

For Basic members with 12 classes, unused sessions don't roll over - it's a use-it-or-lose-it deal. But honestly, if you're consistently not using them, maybe drop us a message and we can put your membership on hold for a month or switch you to drop-ins. We want you getting value, not wasting money.

Most new folks start with Basic or do a few drop-ins first. That gives you time to learn the movements and figure out if this style of training clicks for you. Once you're feeling comfortable and want to come more often, upgrading to Unlimited is super easy. Or if you want more hands-on coaching from day one, Elite gets you those PT sessions to nail down proper form.

Yep, we get it - life happens. You can freeze your membership for up to 2 months per year for $20/month. That keeps your spot and your rate locked in without paying full price. If you're dealing with an injury, talk to us - we might be able to adjust your programming so you can keep training around it instead of taking time completely off.
